Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped including the Tracking Number and portal where you can check the status of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For Standard Delivery: We offer AED 20 flat rate shipping within the UAE except remote area (Except Sunday).

For Special Next Day Delivery : We offer AED 25 flat rate shipping within the UAE except remote areas, with an estimated next day delivery (Except Sunday).

For Remote Area Delivery : We offer AED 23 rate for shipping within the UAE remote areas with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days (Except Sunday)

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 9 AM until 6 PM on Monday to Saturday. We may contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
